Here’s is where I’ve put everything I have found about my family’s history.
I choose WordPress because it’s free and that will allow this to live beyond me.
Families are interesting. Much of what I have here was not found until I was able to go through things my mother had squirreled away in drawers, closets, file folders, books and piles of letters. Much of my initial material involves my mother and father’s early days of marriage and my father’s service in the Navy during World War II. As with many with military service, he never talked about any of his time in the Pacific Theater. All of this has touched my heart and I hope it touches yours.
