Fralinger’s Presbyterian Ave Store

The Store at 1011-1013 Presbyterian Ave opened in 1909. Presbyterian Ave sits between Virginia and Pennsylvania Aves.
Little is known about this store. I only have one photo and one postcard of the Presbyterian Ave Store.
I found this photo by zooming in on a RC Maxwell billboard photo.

This store was called The Pier Store because it was across the Boardwalk from the Steel Pier. It closed February 24, 1925 following the November 17, 1924 Steel Pier Fire.

The New Virginia Avenue Store at 1101 Boardwalk opened April 11, 1925.

This 1916 photo is the only one I have ever found of the Presbyterian Ave store. The photo on the right is a ‘close-up’.
