Ocean One.was a shopping mall built over the Atlantic Ocean. It housed over 100 retail shops and restaurants on three levels. On July 1, 1983, Fralinger’s became one of the ‘Shops on Ocean One’ maintaining its location at Arkansas Avenue and the Boardwalk for over 80 years (1909-1993).
